Summer intern Phi Nguyen, from Hanoi, Vietnam, will be instructing us in the preparation of Asian dishes. Each week will focus on a different country, including China, Japan, S. Korea, India, and Vietnam. Cost to participate is for the full five classes. All ages welcome.
