Pearl S. Buck International (PSBI, http://www.psbi.org) has an ongoing exchange with the Zhenjiang Pearl S. Buck Research Association (http://www.pearlsbcn.org) to recruit people with university degrees to teach English in Zhenjiang, China.
Teacher ambassadors have the option of going to China for 6 months or 1 year. Year-long teachers receive roundtrip airfare from China. Six-month placements receive one way airfare to China. There's a monthly stipend and medical insurance coverage as well as housing.
